COMMUNICATIONS GUIDELINES

1. Rules for Abstract Submission:

• Title: Must be concise, clear, and reflect the content of the research.
• Authors: Include all authors who made significant contributions, specifying affiliations and order of participation.
• Structured Abstract:
  • Introduction/Objectives: Brief presentation of the topic and study objectives.
  • Methods: Description of study design, population, techniques used, and statistical analysis.
  • Results and Conclusions: Presentation of the main study findings.
• Length: Maximum 150 words.
• Language: Spanish – English.
• Topic: Authors must assign their communication to one of the topics indicated on the button at the top of the page.

2. Evaluation Criteria:

The Scientific Committee will evaluate communications based on several criteria, including:

• Originality of the work.
• Scientific and business relevance.
• Quality.
• Presentation and clarity of results.
• Impact of conclusions.

3. Types of Communications:

Based on the evaluation criteria, communications will be selected for presentation as:

• Oral presentations
• Scientific posters

4. Final Acceptance:

Definitive acceptance of a communication for presentation is conditional upon the author having completed registration for the Congress in advance.
