COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES

1. Guidelines for Abstract Submission

 

  • Title: Must be concise, clear, and reflect the content of the research.
  • Authors: Include all authors who have made significant contributions to the work, specifying affiliations and order of participation. The maximum number of authors is .....
  • Structured Abstract:
    • ​​Introduction/Objectives: Brief presentation of the topic and the study objectives.
    • Methods: Description of study design, population, techniques used, and statistical analysis.
    • Results and Conclusions: Presentation of the main study findings.
  • Length: Maximum 150 words.
  • Language: Spanish and English.
  • Topic: Authors must assign the submission to one of the following topics: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

2. Evaluation Criteria:

The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

  • Originality of the work.
  • Scientific and business relevance.
  • Quality.
  • Presentation and clarity of results.
  • Impact of conclusions.

3. Types of Presentations: Based on the above criteria, submissions will be selected according to quality for the following presentation formats:

  • Comunicaciones orales: Oral Presentations: The highest-quality submissions will be allocated xxxxxxxx minutes for oral presentation, followed by a brief Q&A session. 
  • Scientific Posters: Other submissions will be presented as visual research posters, to be discussed during designated poster sessions at the congress.
    • Poster Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
    • Content Layout: A clear structure is recommended:
      • Title and authors at the top.
      • Sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
      • Use of graphs, tables, and images to facilitate comprehension of results.
    • Legible Typography: Recommended font size should allow the poster to be read from a distance (e.g., 24–36 pt for the title, 18–24 pt for the body).
    • Interaction with Attendees: Authors should be present during poster sessions to explain the work and answer questions.
  • Submissions Not Accepted: The Scientific Committee will reject presentations that do not meet the minimum quality criteria outlined in section 2.

 

4. Final Acceptance: For a submission to be officially accepted as a presentation, it is mandatory that at least one author has completed registration for the Congress.
